This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment and delivery of products, ensuring compliance with consumer rights and protections.

​Purpose of the Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how 1080 Virtual Media Consulting Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively “1080 VMC”) proceed with the shipping & delivery of the Products and Third Party Products.

It applies to all the shipping and delivery process in connection with the services throughout the world.

There may be additional notices about our information practices and choices for certain 1080 VMC offerings. By using any of our products and services (collectively, the “Products & Services”), you acknowledge the data collection practices and purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.


Shipping Times
We strive to ship the items at the latest 3 days after the reception of the Product order. We will ship the orders from the location that we deem will result in the fastest delivery to the shipping address indicated.


Shipping Process
If more than one Product is shipped to the same address, it is possible that different shipping locations are chosen by 1080 VMC. No additional shipping fees will apply if this is the case.


Shipping Agents
To speed up the shipping process, we work closely with independent agents in various locations that can change. The associated service fees are already included in the shipping cost displayed at the checkout.
Shipping Costs
Detailed information is displayed during the checkout process, after Products were added to the basket and the shipping location is chosen.

We strive to use the best price/quality shipping service for the specific shipping location. Sometimes, this means that the shipping costs are overestimated. If this is the case, we will refund you the difference. Such refunds can take between 5-10 days to show on your account.


Delivery Times
The delivery times can vary depending on the country selected and the shipping agent and shipping location chosen. The time can also depend on the availability of the products ordered and/or on unexpected circumstances. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible, after we have been made aware of the situation.


Special Delivery
With the exception of apparel Products, we currently don't offer special, premium or express delivery. If you require such service, please contact us via [email protected].


Missed or Delayed Delivery
If the shipping company is unable to deliver the order to you due to incorrect information provides, or if you feel that the delivery is taking significantly longer than expected, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via [email protected].

We strive to resolve the issues with as little cost and disruption to all parties involved as possible.
